Very impressed with this calculator. I upgraded the firmware to the latest version but there are still a few minor bugs in it. Hopefully a future firmware release will correct all these. My previous calculator was a TI-89 which was powerful but not very user-friendly. The HP Prime is extremely easy to learn and much more intuitive, as well as being incredibly fast.

A calculator with some very nice features: the display and graphing is superb. For learning about mathematics the built in apps are really useful. However, if you are already using the HP50g with RPN for degree level maths, you may be disappointed; there are some things you cannot yet do - for example, finding eigenvalues of a matrix does not work with RPN (you have to switch to using CAS). Hopefully, with updates, this will become a replacement for the HP50g.

Something of a sideways step from the other HP calculators I have.  Well made, with a good keyboard and excellent display, but requires some adaptation if you're a hardcore RPN user.

I use it at home and at work\nThis product is probably one of the best calculators from HP. \nAnd it has the RPN notation !\nAs I use HP calculators since 35 years, I didn't hesitate to buy it. The result is 100% satisfaction\n
